Strengthening the role of law for climate action at COP 30
The project aims to strengthen the role of law as a powerful tool for transforming commitments into concrete actions for implementing climate justice through strategic litigation. It intends to develop dialogue between jurists, lawyers, activists, researchers, civil society, and other actors so that, together, they can promote legal instruments capable of better directing climate and environmental responsibilities, thus protecting vulnerable communities and the environment.
Just Transitions in Motion
Este proyecto promueve transiciones justas al reunir a diversos actores en diálogos que trascienden las negociaciones climáticas formales, tendiendo puentes para lograr un proceso de descarbonización lo más equitativo posible. Con el apoyo de la Presidencia de la COP30 y el gobierno alemán, impulsa la colaboración global para cocrear una Brújula para Transiciones Justas: una guía que vincula los debates globales con las estrategias locales y orienta las medidas de implementación con un enfoque en la justicia.
