The document considers the main calls for submissions opened before COP 30/CMA 7, focusing on the following negotiation themes: response measures, mitigation, synergies between the Rio Conventions, and just transition. Additionally, comments from the High-Level Climate Champions on the vision and five-year plan for the Global Climate Action Agenda are included.
